This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Deliciously Yours collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

- Account details: your email address, and your name if you provide it or sign in with a third-party sign-in provider.
- Contact and delivery details: your name, phone number and delivery address, and any notes you add to an order.
- Order information: what you ordered, when, how much you paid, and the order's status.
- Rewards: your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), and your referral bonus and loyalty points history.
- Favourites: dishes you choose to save.
We do not collect or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled directly by our third-party payment processor.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To process, prepare and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To send order confirmations and important service emails.
- To run the referral and loyalty programs.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To understand overall sales so we can improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with trusted service providers who help us run the website:
- a payment processor, to take and verify payments;
- an email service provider, to send sign-in codes and order emails;
- a hosting and database provider, to run the website and store data securely;
- a third-party sign-in provider, only if you choose to sign in with it;
- delivery riders, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
- Sign-in cookies keep you logged in securely.
- A referral cookie remembers a referral link you followed, for up to 30 days, so your sign-up can be credited.
- Your cart and preferences are stored in your own browser so they survive a page refresh.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below); some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can update your name, phone number and delivery address yourself on your Account page. For anything else, contact us using the details at the bottom of every page.
7. Security
We use secure connections, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
8. Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
